24/7 Maintenance Staff
We pride ourselves on the quality of our maintenance staff. Many of our employees have worked with Roland Realty and its properties for over 20+ years. Making a maintenance request will be easy for your student. They simply need to call us during normal business hours or fill out the maintenance request form on our website.
We do, also, have a 24 hour maintenance manager on call in case of emergencies. If at any time of the day your student has an issue that needs to be resolved immediately, they can call 217.351.8900 and a maintenance professional will be there immediately.

Roland Realty was established in 1922 by Vern Roland. Since its inception, Roland Realty has stayed within the Roland family and to this day is still a family owned business. What has made Roland Realty successful over the years is two things: maintain the properties to above average standards and go the extra mile to help out our tenants. Vern made it his goal to do everything he could in order to maintain his tenants satisfaction for the duration of their stay. Since the Tenant Union's inception, Roland Realty has maintained the best complaint record of all the campus property management companies in the area. We have a variety of locations across the University of Illinois campus and the Champaign-Urbana area. Depending on your students preference and/or school we will have property that will be nearby. This makes for easy walks to class, grocery stores, and a variety of amenities.
We understand how much of a hassle it can be to get the proper furnishings for your student. Therefore, all of our on-campus properties come fully furnished. All properties will have a double sized bed, refrigerator, and a stove. Some other furnishings may include a desk and chair, kitchen table and chairs, sofa and love seat, and bar stools. Our management staff is here to help you with anything you need. Our full time Leasing Managers and Accountants have been in and around the campus property management business for over a decade. There is no situation or question we can't handle. Feel free to contact us with any concerns, questions, or general inquiries you may have.
We understand you are sending your student off to get an education. Many of our properties provide desks and chairs in the bedrooms so that your student can focus their attention on their academics. We also provide many of the apartments with Ethernet access, so your student will easily access any schedules, lectures, or other information necessary for them to succeed. Our properties are mainly located within walking distance to the University, so getting to class will not be an issue.
